What are your delivery and shipping policies?

We will inform you by email or phone if an item is out of stock at the time of your order. You will only be charged if the item is available for shipping. Orders will ship within 1 to 4 business days via either UPS or US Postal Service. All PO Box shipments are made via US Postal Service. Only standard ground shipping is available at this time.

We do not ship overseas unless purchase through Etsy

What are your refund and return policies?

We hope you are fully satisfied with your Sucaro products. If, however, you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you may return the item within 60 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. Please return to Sucaro Bags, 191 Beach Street, Bronx, NY 10464. The items must be returned in unused and undamaged condition.

To request a return after the 60 day period, please contact us at 347-961-8804.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries.

 * Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to monitor delivery status and ensure that the package is returned to us.

 * You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned items. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded.

 * You will be refunded the return shipping cost only if the return is the result of a manufacturer defect or a shipping error on our part.

 * Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.

 What is your warranty?

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we guarantee the workmanship of every Sucaro product.

 We will repair or replace defective products free of charge. Repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of Sucaro Bags Inc. Repairs or modifications by anyone other than a Sucaro authorized agent may void this warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights under the laws in your state.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse, lost or stolen bags or their contents, or ordinary wear and tear.

 In bags that use magnetic closures, credit cards, room key cards, and MP3 players should be placed inside a case so that they do not come into direct contact with the magnets. Phones should be placed facing away from the magnets. Sucaro is not responsible for electronics damaged by magnetic exposure.

 What is your privacy policy?

 Sucaro shares no information about its customers other than the information necessary to process payment transactions. We maintain a private list of customers' contact information to keep customers informed of new products. We never sell or share any personal information about our customers, and we never will. All credit card information is eliminated after a transaction is finalized.

 We collect information on site visitors, including where they are coming from and how they are accessing our site, in order to help reach and serve them better.
